Mango Pudding Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (plus extra for garnish)
  • ½ cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • Fresh mint or whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

 

  1. Prepare the Mango Puree: In a blender, puree the cubed mangoes until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Dissolve the Gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the mango puree with sugar, heavy cream, and the dissolved gelatin. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  4. Pour and Chill: Pour the mixture into small dessert cups or molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh mango chunks, whipped cream, or a sprig of mint. Serve chilled.
